QuickShip / Standard Delivery

The “QuickShip / 5 Days Delivery” label means the product is available for dispatch from a European warehouse. If the item is not available in Europe, it will be shipped from our international warehouse. In such cases, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Total delivery time is calculated as:
Processing Time + Shipping Time

Our warehouses are located across Europe and Asia. Orders are dispatched from the nearest available warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Depending on product availability, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are delivered through trusted UK courier partners. Customers do not need to handle any customs or import procedures.
Please note: Next-day delivery is currently not available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by:

  • Flight schedules

  • Weather conditions

  • High-demand periods

  • Pre-order or customised items

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact Customer Support within 45 days from the payment date.

If:

  • Tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, or

  • Items are missing or incorrect

Please contact us within 30 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking page.

Damaged or Open Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, please notify Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Customs & Handling Fees

For orders exceeding £160, additional handling or customs-related fees may apply, depending on the total order value.

Order Changes & Free Shipping

Cancelling items may affect your eligibility for free shipping. If your order no longer meets the free-shipping criteria after cancellation, the applicable shipping fee will apply.
